It was our expertise of the rental market that helped guide the owners to the property and it was purchased during the remodeling. To achieve proper lighting throughout the villa, uniquely designed recessed lights were added. This sleek design was incorporated throughout the living room, kitchen, hallways, and bedrooms.
Originally, the closet space was not maximized so the decision was made to offer guests a dream closet. This full wall closet is an impressive compliment to this luxurious space.
To further increase space and enjoyment, flat screen televisions were mounted in the bedrooms and they pivot perfectly off the wall for proper visibility.
